North Park

3.32 Miles

Picked up trailhead off Pie Traynor.  Steady downhill for more than a mile.  Just when I started heading back UP... pulled something in my left leg.  Ouched it the whole way back up the hill.  Ugh!  Must return to scope out these trails a little better.  There is supposed to be a 4 mile loop there.  I'm GOING to find it!

Boy was it hot and humid.  I tried to get out before the heat of the day, but in this heatwave I don't think it matters.  I saw some bikers and a good many walkers on the roads, but not much of either along the off-road trails.  I am thankful for my iPhone and Pandora so I can jam to Toby Mac while I hoof it. 

It's supposed to cool off some tomorrow so I'm planning to get my butt out there for another good trek.  Can't wait!

I Did It! I exceeded my half-way goal!

Ding ding ding ding ding!!!!  I exceeded my half way goal before July 1st.  Yay!!!
